I really don't know. Torres if he plays every game is rightly the favourite but has Rafa learned his lesson after last year?

This year is one of the hardest to predict. I might go with Defoe at 16s as he'll probably play 34/35 times this season and could easily score a bucketload with Crouch alongside him.

My prediction would be Torres but if placing a bet i'd go with Defoe based on those odds, he should score bucket loads now he's getting regular first team football and has Crouchy partnering him.

I'd also like to attempt to disspell the myth about torres's selection last year. The only time he was not picked in the league last season was when he was injured/recovering from injury. If anything he played a game or 2 too many - such as Arsenal at Anfield when he was clearly troubled by an injury and rightly subbed.

Sorry to nit pick but it's something thats irritated me for a while now.
